10/9 Agenda:
-       Governance update - Lieu
o       Document are with LF legal - both the Participation Agreement and the TSC
o       TSC has an unresolved issue: # of members - 7 or 5
*       5 seems to be the better number - AB recommends 5
*       5 members: 3 nominated/voted by AB, 2 by OE
*       Need to add in a "Diversity" agreement: no more than 2 members from any one company
*       Amend:  TSC makes recommendation for Compatibility badging and AB approves.
*       TSC approves any member's request for Compatibility
o       Need to have Private Group for AB
*       For Business purposes only, no technical
*       Private members list: Yes
*       F2F meetings should be members only
*       Note: All voting and discussion at TSC will be public
-       QA update - Armin/Richard
o       Meeting on Wed to bring party together to get everyone to next step
o       Biggest obstacle: Intel doesn't realize that it's a black box to the outside world.
o       Richard discussed current state and a proposal on the table to be discussed on Wednesday
-       Advocacy Update: ELCE - Andreea
o       Booth: shipped
*       Demos for booth: 3 demos right now (Philip, Armin, Alejandro)
*       Backgrounder: updated, to be printed locally
*       ELCE Giveaways: ordered
*       Stickers: shipped
*       Booth signs (member and YP sessions foam signs): created, to be printed locally
o       DevDay
*       Registration: both tracks are full
*       Leftover boards: shipped + adding Bill's on-site
-       Community Update - Nico
o       YP sponsored an India VIT event
o       Mailing list (moving from mailman to io) - proposal will be discussed at ELCE
