[yocto-ab] Notification of Change in Intel YP AB Voting Representation

Hi Folks,

I'd like to announce that the Intel voting representative to the Yocto Project Advisory Board will be changing. I'm taking a position within Intel (managing the Yocto Project development team), and external voting representation to open source projects is now being handled outside of engineering groups.
