Agenda:
-       HW Verification/Testing process - Nectar
o       Tim Orling presented.  Presentation enclosed
o       Intel will continue to test IA hardware
o       Is Wind River testing the other hardware?
*       As Wind River Linux (WRL) is based from YP, the hardware is tested as it applies to the WRL and the work is contributed back to Yocto Project.
o       Next steps:  Subgroup will meet to further discuss
*       Subgroup members:  Bill, Aaron, Armin, Richard, and Tim
*       Armin will head the discussion
-       Advocacy Update
o       PR released today.  Can be accessed on yoctoproject.org: https://www.yoctoproject.org/yocto-project-new-members/
*       Many thanks to the team for pulling this through in a short time frame
*       Thanks to Kate for pulling the strings within LF
*       Please propagate the news by announcing it on your social media account
o       ELCE current registrants:  24
*       Remember that our space is limited:  only 30 participants for each track
-       Community Update
o       Nico is coming up to speed on Bitergia
o       Mailing list changes initiative:  Moving away from mailman to group.io
*       Nico will have proposal by ELCE time
-       Governance update
o       Subgroup has been meeting weekly
*       Goal: Formalize what we're currently doing, improve where it makes sense
o       Review of Participation agreement completed
*       Feedback submitted to LF
*       Once changes have been integrated, the document will be sent to the whole AB for review
o       Subgroup will start working on the Technical Charter next
