[yocto-ab] YP Advisory Board: VOTE YP Participant, RTSoft

I believe Jefro indicated they were about 100 developers which could mean
something like 120-150 employees so they are over the threshold outlined
and should be able to afford some modest contribution of funds seeing as
they are commercially benefitting from the work being done.
