[yocto-ab] YP Advisory Board VOTE: Compatible requests

A number of requests have come in recently for YP Compatible status. Please
take a look and vote, and if any of them require further discussion, please
either let me know or respond in a separate thread. The answers to all of
the questions are "yes" unless otherwise specified, and all are from member
