[yocto-ab] YP Advisory Board VOTE: mender.io for YP Participant

Thanks to Otavio's research, it turns out mender is backed up by a
commercial entity, so it is not eligible for YP Compatible. However,
they are definitely eligible for YP Participant, and they are a great
fit with YP and want to do some co-promotion.

Please vote yes/no for YP Participant for mender.io.
