I don't mean to pick on you guys but I am going to take the P.C. filter off.

We are trying to find new members and we are adding a platinum level.
However, if those things don't work which of the following should we do
to fit in the current budget:
* shut down the build servers
* stop the documentation updates

Even if we zero out DevDays and community and Advocacy (No even _I_
would not go that far Tracy) we still have a shortfall.

The fact is that YP is not currently paying its own way.
Scott has done a great job on the YP docs since the beginning of the
project. Until now Scott has been "free" to the project. Now YP needs
to pay him or lose him. The budget calls to pay him for somewhat below
50% of his time. I think this is a very reasonable ask.

Think about the 10 top people most important to this project. Now think
about how they get paid. Not all of them come from Intel / WR but a
vast majority does. I think it is great that Intel believes in this
project but I also think it very reasonable to expect YP to pay for
itself more than it does today.

As I said before I am all for finding accommodation for smaller
companies. But take a look at the silver members list. How many do you
think can't afford 5K more per year to keep this project healthy.
