Explanation:
CableLabs is participating in the RDK Project (Reference Design Kit- see
http://rdkcentral.com<http://rdkcentral.com/>), which is migrating to a Yocto Project-based build
system.  We will be conducting a training event July 21st-23rd that includes
a 4-hour session on the Yocto Project tools, particularly as they relate to
the RDK.
I have answered "No" to the question regarding the OpenEmbedded Layers index
simply because we do not have any public meta layers at this time.  If we do
create such layers, I will certainly make sure that they are listed on the
OpenEmbedded Layers index (that site is one of my favorite bookmarks!).
