[yocto-ab] YP Advisory Board Vote: YP Participant - Free Electrons

I would have sworn on a stack of pancakes that we had already voted in
Free Electrons as YP Participants, but this does not appear to be the
case. I don't think I need to introduce them to any of you, but here
is their participant statement. Please vote yes/no for Free Electrons
as YP Participant.

We have and we continue to contribute to oe-core, meta-fsl-arm, meta-intel
and meta-ti.
We alsohave given a talk discussing how to use the Yocto Project at ELC this
year and finally, we will soon have a Yocto Project and Open Embedded
trainingt help companies use the Yocto Project.
Free Electrons also has a strong history of open source contribution which is
part of the company culture. For example, we are now totalling more than 1700
patches in the linux kernel.

Criteria:

  - Working towards and supporting the aims and objectives of the Yocto
Project. These include decreasing the fragmentation of embedded ecosystem and
focusing around a common shared set of tools, formats and best practices. We
want to avoid multiple groups of people repeating the same work and have one

  - Committed to promoting the OpenEmbedded architecture, layer model, andBSP
format.: Yes
  - Are all your publicly accessible layers listed in the OpenEmbedded Layers
