[yocto-ab] Current YP Advisory Board voting status

This table shows the current voting status for YP Compatible requests.
A total of 7 votes is needed to create a simple majority. As a
reminder, Gold members get a full vote, and Silver members share a
single vote.

IF YOU HAVEN'T VOTED YET on any of these, please do so, otherwise I'll
have to contact you directly.

Also note that new guidelines for YP Compatible are coming soon, and
they will obviate some of these votes. I am also pursuing votes via
web page instead of email, which will also hopefully streamline this
process.
