[yocto-ab] YP Advisory Board: VOTE on Angstrom, YP Compatible 1.6

Hi all - this is an update for Angstrom to Yocto Project Compatible to
version 1.6. For new members, this is a standard update for YP
Compatible, as currently a new vote is required for each new release
of the item itself or of YP. Angstrom is a well-known quantity within
the OE/YP community.
