[yocto-ab] YP Advisory Board VOTE: YP Compatible, MinnowBoard

Hi all - please vote to update the MinnowBoard from YP Compatible 1.3
to 1.4 and 1.5.

As many of you know, the MinnowBoard primarily uses YP and was
co-developed by YP engineers, and thus could be used as a model for
Compatible status. If you have any doubts about voting yes, please let
me know.
