[yocto-ab] YP Advisory Board: VOTE YPP Alico Systems

Update: 6 members have now voted. Thanks for your participation. Those
who haven't voted, please do so.

This is a trial for the online voting system. I am very interested in
hearing your feedback on the process. From the comments I have
received so far, this voting system seems to be much less preferred
than simple email voting. I plan to move forward with whichever system
is easiest for the members, so let me know how you feel about it.
