[yocto-ab] YP Advisory Board: two easy votes

Two quick votes today for our compliance program:

1 - Please vote yes/no to update the YP GENIVI Compatibility Layer to YP 
Compatible for 1.7. This layer is well-maintained and has had YP 
Compatible status for over a year. Wind River is doing this work.
