[yocto-ab] Yocto Project: Annual billing

Hi all - just a reminder once again that starting in 2015, Yocto Project
dues billing will be annual for all member organizations. Billing will
occur in Q2. I will continue to send these out and announce at meetings so
everyone is aware.
