[yocto-ab] YP Advisory Board: VOTE wolfSSL for YP Participant

Hi folks - one more vote this week.

This is for wolfSSL, a company that has formed to provide support for
the well-known embedded SSL library CyaSSL. CyaSSL was YP Compatible
in the past, and still would be if this new company were a member
organization. CyaSSL is still available and is used in many projects.

Please vote on wolfSSL as Yocto Project Participant.
