[yocto-ab] YP Compatible VOTE: meta-haswell-wc

This is for an Intel platform called Walnut Canyon. The meta-intel
maintainers are working with the authoring organization at Intel to
ensure that it fits with the rest of the meta-intel BSPs.

Please vote yes/no for this new Intel BSP as YP Compatbile for YP 1.4.
