[yocto-ab] Yocto Project AB: VOTE YP Participant: Timesys

Sorry for the big flurry of votes today

Many of us will remember that Timesys was actually one of the original
YP Advisory Board members, and it is wonderful to see them able to
participate again at any level. They have been contributing visibly to
the project with code in the Freescale Vybrid BSP, and they are now in
contact with the Toaster team. They have a demonstrated desire to
participate, and I strongly recommend a yes vote.

Please vote yes/no on enabling Timesys with YP Participant status.
