[yocto-ab] Yocto Project AB: VOTE YP Compatible: meta-fsl-arm

OSS Systems, the primary maintainer for meta-fsl-arm, has applied for
YP Compatible status for this important layer, as several of you have
noted. The current application is for Compatible status for YP 1.4, as
Otavio is very careful with his testing. I'm sure he will be applying
for 1.5 status soon.

Please vote yes/no for YP 1.4 Compatible status for meta-fsl-arm,
curated by OS Systems.
