[yocto-ab] YP Compatible: GENIVI Baseline for YP 1.5

Hi all - this is a quick update for GENIVI Baseline, updating their YP
Compatible status from YP 1.4 to 1.5. This requires a vote according
to our current set of rules.

Please vote yes/no to update GENIVI Baseline to YP Compatible for 1.5
