[yocto-ab] Gilt Layers

I know several of you have seen by now that we have been contacted by
a UK company called Gilt Layers, applying for inclusion in the
compatibility program as YP Participants. This company already has
information on their site stating incorrectly that they already *are*
YP Participants, which is rather startling.

I have done some digging, and I believe this is an honest mistake.
They are brand new LF members and may not be completely cognizant of
the social graces in working with open source. They are extremely
positive about the Yocto Project. I will work with them to rectify the
situation before bringing it to a vote in the AB.
