[yocto-ab] Yocto Project Advisory Board VOTE: meta-intel

Hi all - please vote yes/no on YP Compatible status for the meta-intel
layer, updated for YP 1.4.

As we decided a few months back, this vote will give status to all of
the BSPs at once so we don't have to vote 14 times. If anyone has
concerns about a specific BSP, please let me know.
