[yocto-ab] YP Advisory Board: VOTE Mentor Embedded Linux, Automotive Tech Platform

The product which we registered for YP Compatible is called ATP 2013.03, or
Automotive Technology Platform.  It consists basically of our MEL 2013.03
base with a couple additional layers, including meta-ivi from
git.yp.organd a patch layer above it, which we are working to get
pushed to meta-ivi
where applicable.

We can run Android in Linux containers on top of ATP, but as registered
(and shipped), it does not contain Android. It contains only those layers
mentioned above.

Hopefully that clears up the confusion.
