[yocto-ab] DevDay at ELCE: Opportunity to sponsor

As I think everyone knows, we are working on a DevDay for ELCE in
Barcelona for 80 attendees. The costs for these events are
considerable - they are essentially one-day conferences.

This year we plan to offer two tracks as usual, one for new users and
one for more experienced users, with hands-on labs for both, but
instead of shipping 40 or 60 computers, we will be using three virtual
private cloud servers, each of which can host 15-20 people building
simultaneously. Attendees will be able to log in over ssh using their
own laptops. These servers, provided by Intel, will cut our costs
considerably, but there is still more to do.

Right now we have sponsorships available for:

Breakfast & breaks: breakfast foods, coffee, tea, and munchies that
are normal fare at Linux Foundation events. This cost is of primary
importance, as LinuxCon will be going on at the same time and it will
be confusing for attendees otherwise. Cost: $3500

Lunch: provide an on-site lunch for attendees so they don't have to
scour the countryside. This is an optional bonus if someone wants to
sponsor it. Cost: TBD but probably in the $5000 range.

Cocktail party: optional social event after the conference. (Dinner
was way too expensive.). Cost: TBD but probably in the $10-12k range.

Please think about this and let me know what you think. The
opportunity for sponsorships will end very soon, as we need to move on
to the next planning phase.

thanks
