[yocto-ab] YP Advisory Board: VOTE - GENIVI baseline

A team from Wind River has completed extensive work in making the
Yocto Project GENIVI Baseline fully compatible with the project, and
they are ready for a vote. I don't think I need to mention that having
the Yocto Project as a baseline in GENIVI is very important for the
project, and for that baseline to be YP Compatible could be considered
critical.

Please vote Yes/No before Tuesday.
