[yocto-ab] Yocto Project AB Vote: results

For the past few weeks we have been voting on the following registrants:

Participant:
ChargeStorm
Koan
Qtechnology

Compatible:
meta-intel BSPs for 1.3

ChargeStorm, Koan, and meta-intel all now have a majority. (There have been
no negative votes, but several organizations have not yet voted.)

We still need at least two organizations to vote for Qtechnology.
