[yocto-ab] Heads up before next week's meeting - meta-ivi

I've been meaning to add this to the agenda for next week's meeting but
it might be worth a little pre-meeting discussion so I'm going to
mention it here first.

I've been approached by Wind River about a meta-ivi layer, specifically,
they have some code they're about ready to share.

I'm aware that there are various members working on IVI in one form or
another. From a project perspective, having some place to coordinative
this would seem to make sense. There is no technical reason not to
create the layer and I'm happy for it to be seeded with the best code
that is presented and then the usual open source development model will
occur from there :).

The AB doesn't really need to officially approve this as I see it as a
technical issue however I do feel that its worth making people aware the
request has come in and what is likely to happen, why and how others can
get involved. If anyone has any questions or concerns I'm happy to
discuss this either now or in person at collab or at the AB meeting next
week.

Cheers,

Richard
