[yocto-ab] Enea joining the Yocto Project AB

Thanks to all for voting on Enea's admission to the AB. The votes among all
current members is unanimously YES. So - welcome Enea!  They will have a
representative in person at the next AB meeting at Collab Summit, and Mike
W is working on signatures and such.

It occurs to me that we have not established whether a vote like this
should be unanimous, a simple majority, 2/3, or some other balance. So far
votes have been unanimously unanimous, I believe, but they may not always
be so. Let's discuss at the next meeting how votes are balanced for the
kinds of things we vote on regularly.
