[yocto-ab] Proposed dates for the BSP Summit in Fremont, CA

John - I think you might be confusing LinuxCon with Collaboration Summit in April. Collab Summit is indeed invitation-only.  (Note: all AB members will be invited to Collab, as we will have a meeting there.) LinuxCon is a huge public event (probably over 1000 people this year) and is not invitation-only. I was mostly concerned with the timing in August, as San Diego is a long way from Fremont.
All - keep in mind that Collaboration Summit is also in the SF Bay Area on April 3-5. That will be the location for our April AB meeting, so April 2 would be one way to conserve travel.
By the same token, the August date is just before LinuxCon N. America in San Diego. That is the location & time for our August AB meeting, so it may not be ideal.
 The proposed dates are:
       - Monday, April 2nd
       - Monday, June 11th
       - Friday, August 24th

 We are exploring options for catering food at the facility and also have confirmed that we can, if desired, reserve the space for another day in the same week.

 Please send comments by the end of next week so that we can finalize the date(s).
[Hudson, Sean] From prior discussion, it would appear as though we've eliminated August 24th.  Please respond with thoughts/comments/preferences for the date.
