[yocto-ab] Joining the Yocto Project (advisory?) board officially

All,

I need numbers / requirements to bring to my management about joining
the Yocto project. Is there some literature / hard reqs that details
this? Costs, resources, process, etc? I've heard things in the past
but I'm looking for something "official". It would be highly helpful
for me if I could get something before 2013 for planning purposes.
