[yocto-ab] Yocto Project branding compliance registration

The branding compliance registration is now open for business at

http://www.yoctoproject.org/branding-compliance-guidelines

Submissions are sent directly to the Advisory Board for consideration. I'd
like to get all current AB members registered as Participants, and
compliant products registered as Compatible, before LinuxCon. That gives
everyone a few weeks to get them in. Please do, and then we can discuss
them on the AB mailing list if needed.

Many thanks to everyone involved who made this happen, particularly Tracey,
who handled all of the legal issues and negotiations with the Linux
Foundation, and Lieu, who drove the project within the advocacy team. This
is why we CAN have nice things.
