[yocto-ab] eglibc - move under yocto?

Thanks Dave.  Looks like there is some reasonable support for the idea of moving EGLIBC under Yocto.  Perhaps the best way to close quickly on this is to ask if there are any dissenting votes on Yocto AB.  Any dissenters?
