Hi Jeff,

I will not be attending the AB meeting at ELCE. But if there is a dialin number, I would dialin.

Thanks,
-Atul

I have not heard any feedback on this, so I will go ahead and plan the AB meeting for Wednesday, October 26, 4pm-6pm Prague time (US times: 10am EDT, 8am CDT, 7am PDT).

Also, there will be a Yocto Project 1.2 planning session on Saturday morning for those who will still be in town. Details will be announced shortly.

thanks,

Jeff

We have our F2F meeting set tentatively for 4pm-6pm local time on Wednesday. This time aligns well with US time, and as of right now, none of the members of the AB are actually speaking during that time. (Keep in mind that the schedules remain fluid for a while.) There are a few presentations that may intrude on this time slot, however:

Using Buildroot For a Real Project<http://events.linuxfoundation.org/events/embedded-linux-conference-europe/petazzoni> Thomas Petazzoni, Free Electrons (4:15)
Status of Embedded Linux BoFs<http://events.linuxfoundation.org/events/embedded-linux-conference-europe/bird> Tim Bird, Sony Network Entertainment (5:15)
Board Bringup: LCD and Display Interfaces<http://events.linuxfoundation.org/events/embedded-linux-conference-europe/anders> David Anders, Texas Instruments (5:15)

In particular, I think Tim Bird's presentation will certainly discuss Yocto. I can double-check with him on that.

The question is, are any of these presentations attractive enough that we should attempt to reschedule the AB meeting? Other options:

- Thursday 2:30-5:00pm, although that will not align well with those in the western US. (2:30pm in Prague = 8:30am EDT = 5:30am PDT)
- Friday 2:30-4:45pm, same issue as above, plus Darren Hart is speaking during this time

Please check the schedules and figure out which presentations you simply can not afford to miss, and let me know.

thanks all
