Hi all, here are some proposed times for our upcoming meetings in Q3

JULY

I know several AB members will be at OSCON, but I have in my notes that not
enough will be there to have a quorum - that is also the week of ESC Boston,
which many of us will have to attend. I propose that for July, we meet on
the phone during the 2nd week or so, and those of us in Portland for OSCON
can meet up for lunch if possible. Does anyone have any requests for a
specific day or time during the second week of July? If not, I will propose
Weds 7/13 at 11am. Please let me know by the end of this week.

AUGUST

Our quarterly face-to-face meeting will take place at LinuxCon NA in
Vancouver, BC, as we discussed in the last call. I will have a room set up
for one day of the conference. I will make sure that a phone is available
for those who can't be there in person, but please try to be there - not
only is it best for the project, this is the 20th anniversarly of Linux and
the Foundation is going all out to make it a stellar event.

If your organization will have any difficulties being present, please let me
know.

SEPTEMBER

Plumbers Conference in Santa Rosa, CA is set for Sept 9-11, the weekend
after Labor Day. Santa Rosa is about an hour's drive north of San Francisco.
I'd be happy to set up a face-to-face meeting there if enough organizations
will be in town for the event, otherwise let's aim for a phone meeting later
in the month. Are there any preferences for a day/time during the week of
Sept 19? If not, and if no F2F at Plumbers, I will propose Weds 9/21 at
11am.

Q4

For future reference, the Q4 F2F will take place in Prague in late October
(ELC-E/LinuxCon Europe/Kernel Summit). If your organization is submitting
talks to ELC-E, please let me know. We'd like to plan a presence at LinuxCon
Brazil as well, so if you plan to attend that event, please let me know.
November and December calls are TBD.

** Keep in mind (and let your engineers know!) that the CFP for LinuxCon
Europe ends in just a few weeks on July 8, and for LinuxCon Brazil on July
22. **

thanks,

Jeff
