The changes are easy enough for wpa-supplicant.

(Rebasing branch, commits may void).

Personally I would like to get rid of libnl1 eventually. Not sure if this is
realistic tho.

I'm not around this year. :/ Not sure if JaMa is. He had some good points about
it and has SHR build with libnl2 only I think.
