[meta-xilinx] [PATCH][meta-xilinx-bsp] standardize on u-boot "_defconfig" names

  ack ... i submitted those admittedly cosmetic changes, not
realizing there were more in the u-boot recipe files themselves, as
in:

u-boot/u-boot-xlnx_2018.3.bb:		zynq_microzed_config \
u-boot/u-boot-xlnx_2018.3.bb:		zynq_zed_config \
u-boot/u-boot-xlnx_2018.3.bb:		zynq_zc702_config \
u-boot/u-boot-xlnx_2018.3.bb:		zynq_zc706_config \
u-boot/u-boot-xlnx_2018.3.bb:		zynq_zybo_config \

and so on, and so on. i can resubmit if folks think the cleanup is
worth it, or drop it if people don't think the standardization is
worth the trouble. i'm fine either way.
