[meta-xilinx] u-boot-xlnx-dev fails to build currently

Current master of openembedded and meta-xilinx layers. Set MACHINE to any zynq 
board, then run "bitbake u-boot-xlnx-dev"

This results in the following error during compile:

| include/image.h:880:27: fatal error: openssl/evp.h: No such file or directory
|  # include  <openssl/evp.h>


Looks like the issue mentioned here:
http://patchwork.openembedded.org/patch/88501/

The 2015.01 build appears to run okay though. But I wanted to have that 
bleeding edge version :)
