Indeed.

If we want to track master, along with the latest stable release, we can
always do a branching strategy like I used to have:

  <oe/yocto release>-<openstack release>

It is a bit more work, but doable.

I'd just like to see the motivations and how the different branches are
being used, so we can be sure the extra effort is worth it.
