[meta-virtualization] build error, iasl-native, fully-updated fedora 28

building with wind river's pulsar linux, target x86_64, and
iasl-native build fails as below. this is with gcc-8.1.1, and this
appears to be a generic enough issue that i thought i would ask about
it here rather than at the pulsar linux github page.
thoughts?
