[meta-virtualization] [PATCH] python-requests: Drop recipe

considering I replied "merged" to this already "ping" really isn't the
right thing to
send.

What branch are you looking at ?

    python-requests: Drop recipe

    There's a newer recipe (v2.13) maintained in meta-python. meta-openstack
    explicitly prefers that version over this one, so no point in keeping
    this recipe since nobody else is using this version.
