[meta-virtualization] [m-c-s][PATCH 0/7] uprev python-glance to latest stable/pike

A mostly straightforward uprev to the latest stable release. Like I
have done with the other openstack components I have adjusted the
operations we perform in do_install() and as part of -setup to more
closely match the openstack installation guide. This aligns us better
with that documentation and also with the overall configuration people
have become familiar with when using Ubuntu or other distros, but of
course we continue to automate the setup process making everything
work out of the box.

Along with the uprev we also complete the transition to systemd. As
planned the service files are either used as found in the upstream
projects, as suggested in their documentation or made to match what is
found in other distros.
