[meta-virtualization] [meta-cloud-services][PATCH 3/6] fuse: remove bbappend (2.9.3)

meta-oe master has upgraded to v2.9.4 which builds fine with B != S.
Since this bbappend only makes the recipe inherit autotools-brokensep,
we can remove it altogether.
