The patch is simply a cleanup which hasn't been done it, it isn't used and
hasn't been for a while.

As I mentioned in my first reply:

"That being said, we've talked about it before, and it should be we can remove
as it isn't necessary anymore."

Fixing the old style include path was the quickest thing to do at the time,
I've already purged the bbappend locally here, and will make the change
in the layer shortly.
