[meta-ti] :[libdce]: Possible regression on dra7xx-evm platform

Hello Denys, All,

    Just to let you know I got a regression on Vayu board with recent
changes for libdce: version update and moving to meta-ti.
       Version 3.00.08.02 working well
       Version 3.00.10.01 causing segmentation fault in gstreamer pipeline.

Tested versions:
                          meta-ti:
c2d2a3845f85a1a38ad84a74463860e6bea60c41
                    meta-arago: 5a3b07964c089334e8de24a5f8ad5bee83886778
gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad: 3a7dce1011d2ad002f9341c8f0be2e409d73ea7b
