[meta-ti] Chase Maupin : am33x-cm3: use init script to load firmware

Is this change related to the 3.8 kernel? The patch "linux-ti-staging: make cm3 firmware a run-time dependency" implies that this is indeed a 3.8 related change.
This makes things a bit tricky since this breaks the 3.2 kernel.
