[meta-ti] [OT?] any affordable DM8148-based dev/eval kits?

  a friend asked me about this, and i notice the meta-ti layer has
dm814x-evm.conf for support, but that kit looks to be well over
$2,000:

are there any more affordable eval kits based on that processor, or is
that pretty much the entry price?  thanks.
