[meta-ti] fetch error, "No recipes available for: ... libdrm_2.4.39.bbappend"

  just updated both meta-ti and oe-core, tried fresh fetchall and got:

ERROR: No recipes available for:
/home/rpjday/y/src/git/meta-ti/recipes-graphics/drm/libdrm_2.4.39.bbappend
ERROR: Command execution failed: Exited with 1

  i'm guessing that's not the effect you were going for.
