Thanks, I agree. I somehow missed that it's ON by default. Will send a
separate patch with just the installation of udev rules for myriad
based on vpu PACKAGECONFIG.

I have been doing it this way in meta-intel and might also have done it
for some oe-core recipes as well in the past. I don't have any
preference though and will change.
