[meta-intel] [PATCH 2/3] linux-intel: remove 4.9 kernel and related bbapends

Anuj,

I'm using default 4.14 kernel from meta-intel but I'm planning to deliver
embedded product soon so I start to look that kind of subjects.
I don't depend on 4.9 so no problem removing it, I'll try to explain my
boss 2 years are enough ;)
