That's the thing. There is no error. It just goes back to BIOS setup.
If I have the UEFI/Legacy boot filter selected it tries to boot but
says that:
"Insert Boot media in a selected boot device..."

I tried installing Ubuntu on that device and it booted just fine with
UEFI only boot setup suggesting that image I created is missing
something.

I changed the --sourceparams to loader=systemd-boot (if that's what
you meant) and made clean build from scratch and no difference.
